Try Before Buying

All our products contain live demos for customers to check before purchasing. We highly encourage you to properly check and ensure proper functionalities of our plugins and are also welcome to enquire on our support email, live chat and blogs. Our highly skilled support engineers are always available to answer any query related to our products.

Refund Policy After Purchase

We strongly believe in our product’s quality and functionalities, however in case of softwares, they might not always serve their purpose properly. In case of any discovery of bugs in our products which we are unable to resolve or if it makes the system unusable, we will gladly provide full refund of the purchased product if requested within 14 days of original purchase. We will not be held liable for any issues that may arise due to third party themes or plugins.

A couple of small points you should consider

  1. We cannot provide refunds unless for any technical issues unless we are allowed to provide assistance to solve the issue. If we fail to resolve the issue, we will provide full refund. Please open a support ticket stating details of your issue along with screenshots before requesting a refund.
  2. Refunds will only be initiated if requested within 14 days after purchase date. No refunds can be processed if not requested within 14 days.
  3. We cannot initiate any refunds if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or if you buy any product accidentally. We assure adequate support in solving any technical issues, however we also expect you to understand the product before you make any purchase.
  4. Refund will not be offered for absence of any custom feature that was not present during time of purchase.

Policy for Automatic Payments

All of our products including require renewal of subscriptions every year, but you can choose whether to renew your subscription or not. As we regularly improve and release new updates, we recommend renewing your subscriptions as a valid subscription is required for receiving updates.

If the parent plugin expires :

  • You won’t be able to download any product from the dashboard
  • Extensions of the parent plugin will be unavailable in the download section.
  • Upon renewal of parent plugin subscription, all extensions of that plugin will be available for download.

Please note that upon making payments for any products using PayPal or Stripe, a payment account is automatically created. This means both Pay Pal and Stripe records your information and prepares your payment account which helps the payment gateways to complete automatic payments by automatically charging from you.

If you do not cancel automatic payments from your account, it will:

  1. Renew the product subscription automatically after one year
  2. Charge from your account automatically

We do not refund auto renewal payments for any product.

Please make sure to cancel automatic payment during purchase if you don’t wish to renew your license after one year.
